Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw.

Returns

Due to the nature of made-to-order photographic prints, returns are not required. Once an order has been shipped, withdrawal is only possible if the print arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please refer to the Shipping & Returns section.
