Shipping & Returns

Most of the prints are made to order and produced individually after your purchase. Each print is carefully quality-checked and packaged by hand to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Production may take up to 14 days before your order is shipped.

I currently ship to EU countries only.

If you would like to place an order from outside the EU (including the UK or Switzerland), please contact us directly at [your email address] before ordering.

Indicative shipping costs for EU small parcels:

• Austria: from €5,70 to €10,70

• Germany: from €13,00 to €23,00

• EU: from €20,20 to €25,00

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service and are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the order date.

Damaged prints

​​

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo showing the damage.

In case of damage, no return of the print is required.

I will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
